Contest Rules: 'Win a Mousepad"

  • The organizer of the contest is TILT HOLDING PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, KRS 0001012424, REGON 524133787, NIP 9662172466.

  • The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants release Facebook from any liability related to the contest.

  • The contest starts on March 7, 2025, and runs until March 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

  • The contest is open to individuals aged 13 or older with an active Facebook account.

  • Participants must reside in Poland.

  • To participate in the contest, the following conditions must be met:

    • Like the Tilt Gaming profile on Facebook.

    • Add a comment with a photo of your gaming setup under the contest post.

  • Each participant may submit only one photo. In the case of multiple submissions, only the first photo will be considered by the Organizer.

  • The prize consists of three Tilt Gaming mouse pads.

  • Winners can choose the design and size of the prize from the available models offered by the Organizer.

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents.

  • From all submissions, the Organizer will select the three most interesting photos showing the participant's gaming setup.

  • Photos will be judged based on creativity, aesthetics, and originality of the setup.

  • Contest results will be announced on the Tilt Gaming Facebook profile within 7 days after the contest ends.

  • The Organizer will contact the winners via private message on Facebook to arrange the prize collection details.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

  • By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting the contest and selecting the winners.

  • The participant declares that they hold full copyright to the submitted photo and consent to its publication by the Organizer on the Tilt Gaming profile and other Organizer communication channels.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules for important reasons, of which participants will be informed via the Tilt Gaming profile.

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules.
