This Is How Your Company’s Desks Could Look

A soft surface, a stable base and a carefully crafted finish.

Great Impressions Start with the Details

Custom printed mouse pads bring your brand identity together, make workspaces more comfortable and give corporate gifts a distinctive touch.

Your Brand on Every Desk

Bring your brand identity to your desks and create a workspace that represents your business well. It’s a simple way to give your space a consistent look and keep your brand connected with your team.

Comfort as Standard

Make comfort part of your team’s workspace, right down to the smaller details. The soft surface and 4 mm thickness provide comfortable cushioning for forearms during longer sessions at the desk.

A Gift with Character

For welcome packs, gifts for employees and clients, trade shows or company events. A mouse pad featuring your artwork is a gift that stays in use and keeps your brand in view.

Crafted Down to the Last Detail

A soft surface, a stable base and a carefully crafted finish. Discover a mouse pad made for work, gaming and everyday computer use.

Soft to the Touch

The soft-touch surface and 4 mm thickness provide comfortable cushioning for your hands and forearms. The speed surface lets your mouse glide smoothly across the pad. Choose a size to suit your desk — from a compact 30 × 30 cm to a spacious 100 × 50 cm with room for both your mouse and keyboard.

Stays in Place

The pad stays in place, giving you the freedom to work and play. Its non-slip rubber base grips the desk and helps keep everything stable, even during quick mouse movements.

Colours That Stand Out

Rich colours and crisp details bring out the character of your artwork. We print in-house in Poland, with the print becoming part of the fabric to preserve its soft, pleasant-to-the-touch surface.

Carefully Finished

Stitched edges and rounded corners give the pad a neat finish, while the stitching helps protect the edges from fraying. The splash-resistant surface makes cleaning easy. When your pad needs a refresh, you can machine wash it on a gentle cycle at a low temperature.

We ordered hundreds of desk pads for our team at Kuchnia Vikinga, and we can confidently say it was an excellent choice. The pads are still in heavy use and continue to perform perfectly. Our employees are very happy with them, which is the best recommendation we could ask for.

The entire process was smooth and professional, and we’re already looking forward to our next merch delivery!

P.S. A little tip for anyone still deciding: the pads are washable, and they look as good as new after washing! 😎

We recommend Tilt Holding P.S.A. and thank you for a successful collaboration!

A mouse pad with custom print improves everyday computer comfort and helps maintain steady cursor control. The speed-type surface provides a smooth glide, and the 4 mm thickness increases wrist comfort during longer sessions.

A non-slip base keeps the pad stable even with dynamic movements, so you do not need to reposition it while working. Stitched, rounded edges reduce fraying and improve durability with intensive use.

The water-resistant layer makes it easier to keep clean and handles accidental spills better - the product can also be machine washed (delicate cycle, low temperature). Multiple size options help you match the pad to your desk and your keyboard/mouse layout.

Choose your product options, upload your artwork, then proceed to your cart and complete your purchase. We’ll take care of preparing and shipping your order.

Prepare your artwork as a PNG or JPG file, ideally at 300 DPI and using the dimensions listed in the table below. If your artwork is lower quality, we’ll do our best to improve it before printing. The better the source file, the better the final printed result.

Sublimation printing is durable because the dye penetrates the fabric rather than remaining only on its surface. To keep your mouse pad looking its best, follow the recommended cleaning instructions and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and high temperatures.

Prepare your artwork as a PNG or JPG file, ideally at 300 DPI and using the dimensions listed in the table. Use the highest-quality original file available — the better the source artwork, the better the printed result.

We use dye-sublimation printing, which allows the dye to penetrate the fabric. This produces crisp details and vibrant colours without adding an extra layer to the surface of the mouse pad.

Send us the best version of your file. We’ll do our best to improve its quality before printing. If you’re unsure whether your artwork is suitable, get in touch with us before placing your order.

Yes. You can choose bulk or individual packaging in the configurator. Bulk packaging is included in the price. Individual packaging is available at an additional cost, depending on the mouse pad size.

The mouse pads are packed together and protected for shipping, without individual packaging for each pad. If you’re planning to give them as gifts, you can choose individual packaging instead.

Yes. The mouse pads have stitched edges that help protect the borders and give the product a neat finish.

For regular cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth. For a more thorough clean, rinse the pad under running water. Allow it to dry completely before using it again.

We recommend cleaning the pad by hand and avoiding machine washing. Use a damp cloth or gently rinse it under running water to care for it in line with our recommendations.
