Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Tilt Holding Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, correspondence address: Elektryczna 1/3/216, 15-080 Białystok, e-mail: kontakt@tilt.pl, phone: 600 643 348, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by using a website form, sending a letter by post, or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to: “Tilt Holding Prosta Spółka Akcyjna”, Elektryczna 1/3/216, 15-080 Białystok. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
